Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Preorders ship on or after their official release date.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on destination and service level.
Shipping Rates
- $4.99 flat rate on orders under $75
- FREE shipping on orders $75+ (U.S. only)
Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Carrier delays may occur during peak periods.
Tracking
Tracking is provided on all orders and will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Address Accuracy
Buyers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional postage may be required for reshipment.
Lost Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Collector's Locker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly and check with household members, neighbors, or local postal facilities before filing a claim.
High-Value Orders
Orders of higher value may require signature confirmation for delivery. We may also include shipping insurance at our discretion.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Trading Card Singles
Singles are packaged securely in sleeves, top loaders, team bags, or equivalent protective materials. Condition assessments are made in good faith but may involve subjective judgment.
Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the collectible nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Trading cards
- Sealed Pokémon products
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
- TCG accessories
- Collectibles
- Toys and games
We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, opened products, or market price fluctuations.
2. Trading Card Condition
Singles are sold based on their listed condition and photographs when provided.
While we strive to accurately describe all cards, condition assessments may vary between collectors and grading companies. Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive any specific grade from PSA, CGC, Beckett, TAG, or any other grading service.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives with significant damage caused prior to shipment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To initiate a review, email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.
4. Shipping Damage
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Collector's Locker is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, or delays caused by the carrier.
Customers are encouraged to:
- Monitor tracking information
- Secure deliveries promptly
- Purchase shipping insurance when available
Any shipping-related claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins.
Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing and payment recovery fee of up to 10% of the order total to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Buy Now, Pay Later Orders
Orders placed using Buy Now Pay Later services, including but not limited to Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, Afterpay, Klarna, or Sezzle, are subject to a 10% cancellation fee if cancellation is approved prior to shipment.
7. Product Quantity Limits
Certain products may have quantity limits.
Orders exceeding posted limits may be:
- Reduced to the permitted quantity
- Partially refunded
- Fully canceled and refunded
Customers will be notified if adjustments are required.
8. High-Demand Products
For highly sought-after products, limited releases, special promotions, or products suspected of being purchased for resale buyouts, Collector's Locker reserves the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Cancel orders
- Refuse service
- Adjust allocations
at our sole discretion.
9. Fraud Prevention
Collector's Locker reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of:
- Fraudulent activity
- Unauthorized payment use
- Bot purchasing
- Abuse of promotions or discounts
Refunds issued under these circumstances may be subject to payment processor fees where permitted by law.
10. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order through Collector's Locker, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in its entirety.
